Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions 1. Reservations All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or in person. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking. 2. Deposit A deposit of 100% is required to secure your booking. 3. Cancellation Policy Free Cancellation Up to 48 hours before the class: Full refund or option to reschedule, subject to availability. Late Cancellation Within 48 to 24 hours before the class: 50% refund or one-time reschedule allowed. Less than 24 hours before the class: No refund, and rescheduling is not possible. No-Shows Guests who do not show up without prior notice will be charged the full class fee. No refund or reschedule will be issued. Rescheduling One-time rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the class, subject to availability.
