Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions 1. Reservations All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or in person. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking. 2. Deposit A deposit of 100% is required to secure your booking. 3. Cancellation Policy Non- Refundable 12 hours before the actvity Late Cancellation Within 24 hours to 12 hours before the activity: 50% refund or one-time reschedule allowed. Less than 12 hours before the actvity: No refund, and rescheduling is not possible. No-Shows Guests who do not show up without prior notice will be charged the full activity fee. No refund or reschedule will be issued. Rescheduling One-time rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the activity, subject to availability. Cancellation by organiser In case of unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or alternative date.
